I enjoyed my stay in a comfy double room with air conditioning and soundproofing. The bathroom was clean with a bidet and good toiletries. Loved the breakfast variety, super fresh daily. Also, had a couples massage that was relaxing! The staff were helpful and nice too.

what an unexceptional experience at this hotel! i found old contact lenses in the room, which was absolutely disgusting. and seriously, only two washing machines for such a large hotel? ridiculous! they woudl ve done me a favor by upgrading my room as compensation for enduring all this. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The stay was fantastic, as we were in Kyoto to explore the beautiful temples and markets nearby. The location was perfect, with the Nishiki Market just a short walk away and other attractions accessible within minutes on foot. I especially appreciated the comfort of the room, which was clean and had great amenities, making our time there very pleasant.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Kiyomizu-dera and other cultural sites, making it very convenient for exploring Kyoto.
The laundry facilities were quite limited, only three washing machines available, and one of them did not dry properly, which caused some inconvenience during our stay.

The location was a major highlight, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. I loved the variety of breakfast options available, which were always fresh. I also enjoyed my double room, which was clean, had great air conditioning, and was quiet at night.

this was my second stay in kyoto, and sotetsu fresa inn exceeded my expectations! the location was fantastic for our walking tour, being close to both bus stops and the famous nishiki market. we loved the clean room and the variety at breakfast, especially the japanese dishes.
